Here’s how it works: Well before your wedding day, we will work with you on Vendor Recommendations and Selections, Ceremony and Reception Consultation and development of the Wedding Day Itinerary. Through phone calls and Emails we will continue to update your Wedding Day Itinerary right up until the Rehearsal. Copies of the updates will always be sent to you and your selected vendors.

On your wedding day, our staff will be on hand to work closely with your vendors to make sure your Wedding Day Itinerary runs smoothly. We will also assist your Bridal Party & Parents to make sure everyone is aware of their schedules and responsibilities throughout the day.

We have several packages, enabling you to select the appropriate amount of staffing and planning for your dream day.

The following are standard in all packages

Development of Wedding Day Itinerary
A complete Itinerary for the wedding day including extensive detail for everything that needs to occur, and the time every item will take place for the Bride, Groom, Wedding Party and Parents of the Bride & Groom.

Vendor Recommendation and Selection
Recommendations will be provided to you for vendors that are compatible for your wedding in terms of style, service and price. Details pertaining to the vendor’s pricing, range of services, and availability for your date and any other relevant information will also be provided to you.

Ceremony & Reception Consultation
Guidance and recommendations for the ceremony & reception will be provided to you based on your requirements and ideas.

Wedding Day Staff
Our staff will be on hand throughout the day to make sure that your Wedding Day Itinerary runs smoothly. We will also work closely with your Bridal Party & Parents to make sure that everyone is aware of schedules and what their responsibilities are throughout the day.

Your Staff:

Day Manager
Your Day Manager is the person that you will work with the most leading up to your Wedding Day. The Day Manager will work closely with you to create a Wedding Day Itinerary that is uniquely your own. There are so many small details to a Wedding Day and too often couples overlook these details. The goal of the Day Manager in the early meetings will be to bring these small details to your attention. Once the first draft of the Itinerary is complete changes can be made through phone calls, emails or in person meetings with your Day Manager. These changes can also be forwarded to any of your vendors that you would like. Your Day Manager may attend your rehearsal to see if any changes in the ceremony schedule change and also to speak with your Bridal Party if requested.

Your Day Manager will be with you throughout your wedding day to make sure the schedule that you have created runs smoothly.

Brides Assistant
The job of the Brides Assistant is to stay close to the Bride throughout the day to make sure she is where she needs to be at scheduled times, while at the same time remaining discrete and blending into the background. The Brides Assistant also carries an Emergency Bridal Kit with necessary tools such as a sewing kit, bobby pins, hair spray, eyeglass repair kit, batteries and other many often-overlooked items. The Brides Assistant is also available to pin flowers on the groomsmen and deal with other issues outside the area of the Bride.

Assistant Day Manager
The Assistant Day Manager is on hand to assist the Day Manager & Brides assistant in their duties. This staff member is also available to run short errands, assist family members, work with vendors and be available for other issues that come up throughout the day.
