The Silver Package
This package includes the following:
Development of Wedding Day Itinerary
A complete Itinerary for the wedding day including extensive
detail for everything that needs to occur, and the time
every item will take place for the Bride, Groom, Wedding
Party and Parents of the Bride & Groom.
Vendor Recommendation and Selection
Recommendations will be provided to you for vendors that
are compatible for your wedding in terms of style, service
and price. Details pertaining to the vendor’s pricing, range
of services, and availability for your date and any other
relevant information will also be provided to you.
Ceremony & Reception Consultation
Guidance and recommendations for the ceremony & reception
will be provided to you based on your requirements and ideas.
Wedding Day Staff
Our staff will be on hand throughout the day to make sure
that your Wedding Day Itinerary runs smoothly. We will also
work closely with your Bridal Party & Parents to make sure
that everyone is aware of schedules and what their responsibilities
are throughout the day.

Manager, Brides Assistant & Assistant Day Manager

The Gold Package
This package includes all of the items found in The Silver
Package but also includes the following:
Vendor Follow Ups and Confirmations
All necessary follow ups with vendors will be made at appropriate
times, including contact with all vendors one week prior
to the wedding to confirm all information relevant to the
service they are providing.
Your staff with this package includes the following: Day
Manager, Brides Assistant, Assistant Day Manager & Grooms
Assistant or Runner
Package

Photography
& Planning Package
This package includes all items found in the Silver Package
but also includes a Photographer and a Photographers Assistant
for the day. You will receive all of the pictures taken
in a White Final Print Album along with the negatives and
a release form allowing you to have the freedom of purchasing
reprints and enlargements at your own leisure, not to mention
at a huge savings.

Carte
You may add any of the Ala Carte items to any package
you choose.
Vendor Follow Ups and Confirmations
All necessary follow ups with vendors will be made at appropriate
times, including contact with all vendors one week prior
to the wedding to confirm all information relevant to the
service they are providing.
Guest Accommodations Arrangements
Selection of a hotel / hotels which will meet the needs
of your out of town guests; arrange for the hotel / hotels
to hold a block of rooms for any guests that wish to make
a reservation.
Rehearsal Dinner Coordination
All arrangements will be made pertaining to the planning
of the rehearsal dinner including location and menu recommendations.
Includes contacts inquiring of the availability, costs and
services offered. One-week prior to the rehearsal, follow
up calls will be made to confirm all details.
Decorum Consulting
One of our staff members will sit with you and discuss wedding
themes and color schemes.
Staffing

Full day
The Grooms Assistant
We all know the Bride has her own assistant but why not
the Groom. The Grooms Assistant will stay with the Groom
throughout the day to make sure he is where he needs to
be at scheduled times. This person is free to run short
errands or messages to people throughout the day for the
Groom.
